Removals Driver Class 2

Minimum requirements:

  • Class 2 driving licence
  • 2 years Class 2 driving experience
  • Must be physically fit, punctual and reliable
  • Able to work long hours with no restrictions (subject to regulations)
  • Willing to work away from home
  • Willing to undergo training when required
  • Literate and able to complete paperwork correctly
  • Smart appearance and respectful manner
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Able to work in a Non-Smoking environment
  • Must have own mobile phone

Preferred

Experience within the removals industry, preferably with a B.A.R. Registered company.

Salary

£12k + overtime, per annum.
Rising to £13k + overtime after probationary period.

Statutory holiday pay entitlement.

Minimum requirements:

  • Good written communication skills
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • High level of literacy and numeracy.
  • Willing to undergo training when required
  • Smart appearance and respectful manner
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications, including:
      • MS Word
      • MS Excel
      • MS Outlook

Preferred

Experience within the removals industry, preferably with a B.A.R. Registered company.

Some website building and promotion knowledge would also be an advantage, but is not a requirement.
